At it's core, this is a black monokini swimsuit with a plunging neckline. Becca then layered a lacy, geometric black cut-out layer over everything  to transform it into a very sexy black one-piece swimsuit.

The plunging neckline has two pieces of fabric keeping it together. A black wasitband anchors the design and creates the appearance of a shape. The leg opening is moderate and there is ample coverage in the seat. A back die keeps the swimsuit bust in place.

Daring Milly Tiger Print String Bikini

Daring is the only word I could think of when I saw this vibrant seafoam green tiger print lanai bikini. It's an unusual color for an animal print, but it's really quite lovely.

Lanai to me is a porch or veranda. I only know the word because they used it a lot in the Golden Girls. I guess it's for sunning yourself on the lanai?

Milly paired this green tiger print with a tiny string bikini. You have to notice right off that there are three fabric ties securing both the bikini top and bottom. The black ties also ground the design in a way that green would not. It also allows you to match either piece with a black bikini top or bottom. That would be a day when you are feeling quite this wild.

Swimsuit designers such as Kate Spade make many different swimsuits using the same print. This is great for women, because we can figure out what suits our bodies and personal style the best.

My first impression of this bikini swimsuit was of it's soft color palette. I loved the way the blue floral print was just the perfect scale for the polka dots.

This Zimmerman Ceramic triangle bikini is as small as it gets, but it doesn't look skimpy. That's because of the frill detail on the bikini top. I have to admit that I don't know the difference between a frill and a ruffle. Last year, ruffles were the rage and I think they have transformed into frills this year. If I do see a pattern on this front, it's the fact that frills might be small ruffles

On this bikini swmsuit top there are two floral frills with a polka dot frill in the middle. The straps on the top are also done in floral. The bikini bottoms are all polka dot with side ties. There is a soft bareness to this bikini swimsuit that I love. I can't imagine anything that I would love to wear more on a sweltering hot day than this floral and polka dot bikini. When you look at the picture here, you don't see the shirred side panel on the bikini bottom. This provides a comfortable and secure fit.

For some reason when I look at this black swimdress with white hem that peeks out from beneath it, all I can think of is a French dancing girl doing the CanCan. That's not the goal of many women who choose modest swimwear, but I think it shows that modest doesn't have to be boring

I love the way the laser cut-outs at the bottom of the black swimdress let the white show throw. The  shirring at the waistline keeps it from looking matronly. The sweetheart neckline keeps it fresh and young.

This one-piece swimsuit features a colorful print. Yellow, turquoise and pink stripes are enhanced with diamond and other geometric pattern. If you are afraid of horizontal strips on your hips, don't be afraid of these. People will look at the fanciful pattern and not the size of your hips. Feminine blue print bandeau tankini top slips easily over a black tankini bottom. It's very flattering because the shape of the tankini top is fitted. This is not a tankini to hide under. While it does give you coverage, it also shows off your shape.

Notice how the main large pattern stripe is centered perfectly. Then there is a lighter and smaller area on each side of it. A smaller print starts under the center of each breast continues to the back. The back is covered in the small print. The bandeau tankini top ties securely in back and becomes the interest in the back. Carmen Marc Valvo adds more detail to the bustline with three small gold ties between the bra cups.

The black tankini bottom is high cut and comes to just below the bellybutton. The leg openings are just high enough to make the leg look long. This tankini bottom has plenty of coverage in the seat and won't ride up as you walk on the beach or find a chaise lounge poolside.

The blue print on the bandeau tankini top is really the focal point of this swimsuit. I really wouldn't put anything on to compete with it. I'd keep my beach sandals black. I would probably go with a black or light blue beach coverup.
