This Zimmerman Ceramic triangle bikini is as small as it gets, but it doesn't look skimpy. That's because of the frill detail on the bikini top. I have to admit that I don't know the difference between a frill and a ruffle. Last year, ruffles were the rage and I think they have transformed into frills this year.
