The entire bikini has a black background. While the front has a geometric print, the back of the bikini is black. Admittedly, the back of the bikini top is all string, so there isn't much place to put a print.

The shoulder straps cross and then go through a hole in the side of the top to anchor it. The bikini wearer can then tie it securely.

The focal point of the print is an embroidered square. To keep it from being boring, Nanette Lepore cuts the square off at midpoint on the bottom. She lets us see a bit more of it on the top.
